We also want the rebrand to communicate our commitment to innovation as humanity faces its greatest challenge in at least 100 years – the energy transition. We have chosen to express that commitment in three short words: The Wise Choice.

Fredrik Pettersson
Production Manager
Fredrik Pettersson is in some ways stereotypically Swedish. Soft-spoken, modest and no fan of big words. So when he says, “We have world-class production,” you can be sure he means it. “Skultuna Induflex has a highly diverse portfolio of 200 different products, which means we have extensive know-how when it comes to materials. We know what works and what doesn’t,” Fredrik explains.

Joachim Nordberg
Quality and Environmental Manager
There’s growing focus on sustainability. “And,” says Joachim Nordberg, “Skultuna Induflex has been quick to respond both to increasing customer demands and tough legislation. We’re exploring the possibility of aligning ourselves with Ecovadis, a sustainability rating system. And our recently launched ERP system provides robust support for sustainability calculations, including CO2 footprint assessments.”

Koen Hollevoet
Technology
Koen joined Skultuna Induflex in 2023. But when it comes to power networks, he’s no rookie.
“I’ve observed sweeping industry changes firsthand. The way we generate and use electricity is evolving fast, calling for more resilient cables on land and beneath the sea, especially with the surge in wind power. Then there’s the shift towards eco-consciousness, with businesses increasingly demanding materials that are sustainable – all the way from production to disposal.”

Mohsin Saleemi
R&D Manager
Mohsin Saleemi, who thrives on developing materials with enhanced properties, can’t hide his enthusiasm as he explains the ongoing green energy boom. “The surge is driven by electrification and Industry 4.0. Organizations are exploring offshore wind farms, floating solar cell parks – even sustainable energy connections between continents.”
